by Robert Wyrick
If I were old Saint Nicholas,
with a great big toy store.
I’d ask my elves to make a gift,
and sit it at your door.
They’d wrap it all in tinsel,
with string of red and b1ue.
And beneath a silken ribbon,
would be my gift to you.
Though not of gold or silver,
but worth much more by far.
Just a plain and simple “Thank you,”
for being who you are.
